Can you post a link to the reporting that only detainees were killed? So far the articles I've read just say it was 3 people killed/wounded.

And I'll ask ... So what? Laws and the Constitution are guardrails for rational, law abiding people, not fascist dictators like tRump. All of this was spelled out in Proj 2025. Do as much as possible as fast as you can, and then maybe later on courts will step in. But by then the damage is done.
