A comparison with this marcille I did a while back. It was one of the first things I did when I started really trying to improve my art/find my own style - there's definitely some stuff I like more in that one still, but hey : improvement isn't always linear.

oops! all Vala - I did a bunch of arm studies and decided to turn a couple into a younger Vala. I usually draw her a bit heavier but since it started as a direct study they came out a bit slim. But that's okay, I like to think she gained weight as she got older for various reasons. #art #oc #sketch
