What we blame him for is not anticipating and outwitting them. Their moves and motives were clear as day, and with energy, anticipation, and cleverness, he could have outwitted them, but he didn’t. His failure was entirely predictable, and he failed spectacularly to protect America from that attack.

Probably no SA, but as I understand it, he did loot the treasuries and employee retirement accounts at targets his company acquired. So no, not a good guy.
