Two players the Pirates have recently signed on MiL deals. Solak put up decent contact numbers in AAA last year.

Ramos has elite elite extension, throws from a super low arm slot which generates a lot of horizontal run on it.

The release, HB, and even extension is comparable to Zander Mueth

Pirates select Randy Labaut, LHP from the Cleveland Guardians system. He pitched in Triple-A Columbus last year. Struck out 52 in 61 innings pitched

Just took a look at the transaction log, Pirates signed Nick Solak to a minor league deal. Hit 11 home run with the Texas Rangers back in 2021.

Had a productive day today. Bought some Topps 2024 update got a rare image variation Paul Skenes card.

Then bought the entire Scott Snyder run (minus 3 store didn’t have) of Batman. So many great stories in that run, glad I’m getting to build the collection up again.

Doing some deep cleaning of the office today. Making room for some new TVs I bought for the season. These are all notebooks from this season alone. Notes from the games I watch, for articles I’m working on, etc. still finding more too

Jared Jones’ pro debut in Bradenton, Endy Rodriguez 5 hit game, Bubba Chandler, Anthony Solometo plus so much more. The amount of video on these hard drives from the last few years is insane
