On our circular walk of #Wraysbury and Ankwerwycke you can see an ancient yew tree which is 30 feet in circumference and over 2,000 years old. The Magna Carta was sealed in 1215, quite possibly on this site. #history #Windsor #Staines #ThickTrunkTuesday

Northmoor Hill Wood is ancient woodland, virtually unchanged since the 1600s. With a swallow hole, old quarry & many ash trees.
Popular with dog walkers & families, an exciting place for children to play because of the steep changes in gradient
