1 oz Fresh lemon juice
1.5 oz Gin. Beefeater is vegan if you can believe it!
Top off with soda water
Enjoy!

-fill mug with crushed ice
-1/3 oz lime juice
-1.5 oz vodka
-4 oz ginger beer
-stir
-garnish with mint and sage

-0.5 oz G. Marnier
-1/8 oz blue agave
-1/8 oz tart cherry gren.
- shake and pour over ice
- 1 maraschino cherry
