I am a libertarian with a Eugene Debs T-shirt and replica campaign button. I would have much rather Zohran than Cuomo in charge of my country’s first city. But my gods did the victory speech say it all—politics is about violence, and it’s time we turn it away from us and onto them. Damn.

My wife asked me today if—as a libertarian—I’d be cutting SNAP. I said no, of course, because priorities matter, and we need to draw down the state so its victims aren’t maximized. If you don’t immediately cut $300B from the Pentagon you aren’t serious.

Cuomo is so absolutely *disgusting* that it’s hard to actually categorize it alongside the fascist “opposition” to him. If you’d like to count this as an endorsement for Zohran, I am happy to make it. Perfectly happy if no one cares, but I’m super exited for the prospect of a real opposition.
