I do love bluesky. The comments are all so positive and kind as can be seen on this post. Such a breath of fresh air when comparing it to twitter. I am hoping it stays this way!

I had to look up what a scarecrow is: “Scarecrow” is a propaganda tactic in which the arguments of opponents are replaced by weaker ones. After that, it is they who are refuted, and not the primary, stronger positions. This tactic exploits a logical flaw called “thesis substitution”.
