Please do correct me if I am being culturally and racially insensitive because I am not a Black American, so speaking on this topic is stepping out of bound. However, this does concern me as a constituent on the matter, so I want to learn from people who are more educated on the subject.

Actually, let me refine this. If a Black or Brown person succeeds in any aspect characterized as a White dominated environment (such as being a successful CEO of a large corporation), then it's a problem. But if they succeed in "Black jobs" (à la Donald Trump), then it's ok.
