The Times will thoughtlessly demand the "cutting of red tape" on one hand, while demanding private businesses bear the costs of strictly enforcing trans exclusion on the other.

I am genuinely quite surprised by the speed at which this shift is happening, it is far beyond what I imagined when I voted for him

Well Bridget Phillipson is overseeing the anti-trans EHRC guidance and Lucy Powell publicity stated she thinks it goes too far. So on that basis alone I do consider Powell the lesser evil.

This seems like pretty dangerous territory for Labour, as it shows that people will coalesce to stop Reform, but not behind them in a seat they've until now always won

He’s right in the sense that transphobia is the wedge issue the press have chosen to divide people with, and they want politicians who will just comply with their campaign of hate. But I think you are proving you can break through without their approval
