in premiere, adding subtitles is pretty easy. I just change the length and duration. after that I correct the few spelling errors, and select them all so I could change the font, location, and anything else to make it look consistent. everything is separated so you can have some variation too.

I made a video on YouTube where I turned on Smart Steering, Auto Accelerate, and Auto use item and let Mario Kart World play itself. I hope you enjoy, link is in the replies.
