actually just got a new job and can't easily work on a grant and there is no algo market up yet, if that could even support my ideas.

On twitter I already scripted the "read all" (and "hide all marketing/verified douches"):
blue seen, red douches (have whitelist), can still read on hover

- I nudge my subscriptions up and down in rankings with votes (show more, show less of author in the future)
- auto-repost all subs with my nudges (for special "list" accounts)

- (re-)poster rates importance and decay of his own tweet. Subscribers read important/least decayed to less important/most decayed. Possibly normalize authors a little to incentivice low rating posts too.
- easy function to "mark read until here", seen never shown again
