Not unrelated, but it’s 2025 and I am finally embracing the (non-DRM, PDF/ripped EPUB) digital zine purchase to save paying the equivalent again in postage from overseas (once again, @marc-fischer.bsky.social showing the way!)

Pokemon, almost obviously, but then whatever was playing on the Sci-Fi channel at midnight circa 2002 (and I was at my nan's who had Sky), which I can imagine was a turning point for many a UK millennial nerd

Looks to be a side-effect of DDG using Microsoft's Bing for a lot of the heavy lifting (hence the endless MSN links, and a tendency to resemble Windows' news algorithm of utter despair)
