Reading CPR docs such as Declarations and Bylaws is a less fun version of reading D&D rules … I’d rather read about dragons, bludgeoning damage, difficulty checks of a bard trying to “bludgeon” a dragon instead of limited common elements, cesspools, lanais, insurance, and voting requirements.
