story: I had a collection of some mangled renditions of SMB 1-1 BGM that id been making just because they're funny.

it's funny to me that the *first* image on the K-T extinction page is the asteroid hitting the earth, instead of a pic of the crater. like. "we're talking about THE EVENT here".

The mask of a helper shows how they affect others. People often feel seen after talking to May, hence the kanji of an eye. She carries herself gently. 2/2

the fact that lego made their own in-universe gas company is kind of fascinating, but it's doubly fascinating to me that they then had an in-universe brand refresh to peddle "green energy" fossil fuels.
i prefer the balance of the original palette tbh.

there was apparently a sort of sequel to this theme, Power Miners. this has a similarly bold color palette, but uses the bright colors so prominently that the whole craft is drowning in it. like imagine if the main body of this craft were grey. the green would pop so much more!
