As I have Seen other scuptures of Dragons in Zagreb, i think it was within the Artists mind.

Because there is no correct way to modell a Dragon it seems to be Kind of intentionally but i don‘t know the Artist.

It is a Statue of St. Georg. And the „Dragon“ Looks Like A catfish.
