Parenting in a nutshell

💯 We love not missing stuff because we're sick all the time. Having said that, I think most people just keep doing everything while they're sick so maybe they aren't missing out either 🙄

Someone asked me recently if I'm worried about my kids "living in fear" (because they mask). They go on playdates, birthday parties, play sports, go to movies, camp, travel... They forget they're even wearing masks. They are not living in fear. Other kids aren't even judge-y. Only adults.

"I've never seen a 70 year old with severe autism"... because when they were kids they were completely shut out of society, institutionalized and neglected (or worse)? Ugh.

I have three of the same... cats are obsessed with them but of course always want to be on the same one 🤣
