Now that the 8100 DARTs are being repainted you can see where the all the components are. They’re really nicely labelled.

Am I the only one who cares about this? Probably…

This is REALLY important! The EU wants to mandate scanning of all private encrypted messages/emails. Contact your MEP and tell them why this is a bad idea!

you’d be surprised how steep tram lines can get

notable examples include Lisbon and the former Hill of Howth Tram

furthermore, Cork had some north-south tram routes before

Yes, and it’s not going to get better until we invest in the physical infrastructure or reduce frequency. The problems include the non-stop services, Howth junction and Ossory Rd / Amiens St junctions north of Connolly.
There is a fix, along with electrification, but that’s not ideal either:

They’re on to count number 15 in Louth and they’ve still yet to fill a seat. Ridiculous.

A little preview of a map of a better Irish railway network I’m working on at the moment.
What’s the point? mostly a fun exercise, but it’s ensuring that all towns over 5k have a station, which throws up some interesting results.
follow for more and to see the end result!
Current network vs mine:
