On this 300,000 number, how would they even recruit this many volunteers when they more or less close the door on Canadians 40+ and anyone with mental health conditions - no matter how well managed? Modern medicine has changed the ability to serve and the DND hasn’t kept up.

My sister called this number and it is someone’s private number. The poor lady has been flooded with calls all evening and day.
