I do need to learn more about the difference between NRL and Rugby Union, but I meant go to a GWS match.

Yeah, I listen to the "They Might Become Giants" podcast and they talk about NRL being much larger in Sydney. I really want to make it over to a match some day.

I played soccer for 30 years and then picked up playing Aussie Rules for the local club Rome Redbacks in the USAFL and the Etowah River Cooters in our local NGAFL.

Yeah, I'm a big University of Georgia football fan as well as an Atlanta Falcons fan. Soccer has been my favorite sport all my life, though. I started playing Aussie Rules about 3 years ago for the local club and picked GWS.

I'm about an hour or so away from Atlanta in Rome, GA, but it was close enough to get there all the time.

Yeah, I was a season ticket holder for the first 7 years of the franchise!
