How is it that women's clothes sizes are SO rubbish?
When is a size not a size...
It's not even across stores, it's within ranges (different colours)!
It cannot be beyond the wit of clothing producers to agree, & be consistent on sizing!
... eternal rant over for now 😬

I hear you @wesstreeting. The NHS needs an injection of more great people, to support the people in it & take it to its best.
But, please don't think big £'s are key incentive for people that will do the best job, attract great people that have experience, passion, & want to give something back.
