Hmm, just the GM Core rulebook, so no stats to run it. Might be available in another book (I know Pf2 has a rulebook about a more Asia inspired setting).
Quickest and cleanest way I'd rule it would be to reskin halflings from the Player Core, while giving them claws and teeth for unarmed attacks

I've actually been falling in love with speedpaints/contrast paints lately, because I find they lend a slapchop a cartoony, almost cell-shaded look that I find really appealing for miniatures
