Ive said this before. Unions have a moment in time to create parallel, Non Profit Trust or Associated Health Plans and
offer them to small to medium size businesses.
Unions can negotiate far better than SMBs or associations .

A win for labor! Everyone some group decides to squeeze all the profit out of a hospital at the expense of the patients, workers, and community at large the workers need to stand up and be heard.
