Bc an administrative warrant does not carry the same import as a judicial warrant signed by a judge who has reviewed the details of the warrant & signed off on it.

An admin warrant might be worth the paper its written on…as kindling…

JD is essentially claiming Lebensraum, a NAZI word justifying by any means possible the displacement of the ‘other’ to make room for the preferred race or nationality.

This is what JD is saying, is anyone surprised?

Of course, VF has the audio tapes of the interviews, so SW is SOL.

And knowing Trump & his allies, she might be out of a job.

And on a podcast hosted by Katie Miller (Stephen Miller’s wife), so go figure.

Most states have laws *requiring* all drivers/cars to have auto insurance.

Try that with healthcare...& you get “my freedom” & “why buy something I don’t need…”

Like catastrophic coverage is not needed bc ‘I’m heathy, young, etc. etc.’

One huge medical bill away from bankruptcy doesn’t matter…

Saw w/ interest the close association of Bannon w/ Epstein given the history of Cambridge Analytica, now morphed to Govt Accountability Institute doing “opposition research” on politicians.

Thinking ‘Honey Traps’ & why politicians lost their spines or resign ‘to be w/ family?

Loyalty=blackmailed?

Does that mean no more surgeries that have fentanyl as the anesthesia?

That’ll lower medical bills, just bite this piece of leather after drinking a fifth of whisky….

I thought Gaetz was no longer in Congress? Like gone in 2024…

Don’t tell me he’s baaaccckkkk….?

Tuberville and R Johnson evidently are tied in the race to the bottom when it comes to cognitive function…

I’ve read that RealID might go either way, and because my passport has expired and the 5 yr period in which to renew ended in March, I am taking no chances.

Stephen Miller is not a lawyer, never attended law school, never passed the BAR, & has a bachelor’s degree only. As Assistant Chief of Staff at the WH, he is offering legal advice, gets on Fox, spouting legal arble-garble, & using his appt at the WH to implement his wyte nationalist fever dreams.

See their decisions this past week on TX gerrymander.
December 13, 2025 at 10:02 PM
In Wisconsin, a state w/Open Primaries, party registration is NOT in the state voter database.

Gerrymandering is based on past vote counts & race as a proxy for party, the quiet part outloud, but there it is.

SCOTUS made districting by race OK in recent rulings. Voting Rights Act (1965) gone?
December 13, 2025 at 6:21 PM
States, like Wisconsin, which have Open Primaries, don’t record party preference when registering to vote. I live in WI. We get primary ballots for all parties but use only 1, voting secret ballot. So state databases have no info on party registration…at all.

For less selective colleges, they lose out on the chance to attract students with a better financial package.

And I wonder how many of these students who accept the deal actually stay & graduate or do they transfer to a less expensive university.
December 11, 2025 at 1:52 AM
Also, then and as well as today, intercollegiate sports programs were increased to attract students who wanted to play college sports & by offering ‘scholarships,” essentially tuition discounts.
December 11, 2025 at 1:52 AM
I worked 17 yrs for a ‘last chance’ rural private small college (closed 2002). The admissions game for selective institutions has gone cutthroat, judging by this article.

The HS grad pool contracted in the late 1990s, prompting colleges to increase enrollments thru significant tuition discounts.

Student loans are NOT dischargeable under any Bankruptcy proceeding. Period.

Student loans are NOT the same as a mortgage, car loan, business loan, credit card debt, etc.

Think about the difference and what is unfair about it…

I thought Lindell was broke, no $$ to pay court ordered settlement.

Follow the $$. Who is paying him to run?
December 9, 2025 at 6:19 AM
DHS, known to lie, left out the fact that there was no judicial warrant.

“The provost said campus public safety responded, and when an on-call administrator arrived, the agents told them they did not have a judicial warrant. The student was ultimately taken off campus.”

I was going by the OP that said it was ICE that entered a dorm on the campus, pointed guns at students and staff, and they admitted they had no warrant.

No warrant.

Doesn’t jive with your comment,

The Battle Flag is a foreign flag representing the states that seceded and attacked a US Fort. Open rebellion.

Not a United States of America Flag, but one of the country that called itself the Confederacy.

At least that is what we learned in US History about the Civil War.
December 8, 2025 at 8:41 PM
Wonder if SCOTUS is opening the door wider, giving POTUS the power to fire non-elected ppl in all 3 branches of govt?

SCOTUS is signing its own death warrant?
December 8, 2025 at 6:53 PM
Augsburg University has its own security system, as many *private* colleges and universities do.

ICE had no right entering private property without a judicial warrant.

Minneapolis police also cannot enter university property w/out being called to aid campus police.
