Yeah, I can recommend to read the book “Stolen focus”. The idea to exit from Meta platforms already started when I did Focus improving training through work called Focus Tiger. Now that I’ve done a slow and not complete exit — I have to say I don’t feel I’m missing much. 🤷🏼‍♀️
