Thank you for voting no and recognizing the difference between socialism and HCR 58’s litany of communist totalitarian dictatorships. But do you oppose public schools, libraries, roads, Social Security, Medicare? Those are socialism.

Public schools are an example of socialism @mikelevin.org yet you just voted yes on H.Con.Res. 58 to “condemn socialism.” Surely you know the difference between socialism and the communist totalitarian dictatorships listed in H.Con.Res. 58.

We as parents can counter this. I grew up in repressive 1950s-60s but my liberal parents & pacifist grandparents made sure I wasn’t indoctrinated by right-wing school/society. In turn, I taught those values to my kids. Resist!
