A theory: addiction & cultists have a similar process of recovery—IF they recover— & that is, they must hit rock bottom b4 there’s a shift, a realization of the miserable path they’re on. Only then can they begin 2 turn things around. How bad must it get b4 even the sycophants reach their bottom?
