I see the plan there - campaign as long as they can, go to as many protests for photo ops, head off to picket lines, shout solidarity a lot and avoid any of the complicated part about real solutions with really hard choices - same as the last 40 odd years then

Yeah no, we mostly laugh at him to make ourselves feel better about our own bad governments

A message of peace and tolerance at Christmas? Sympathy for suffering innocent children? and those who have to flee their homes? What would Jesus think? I suspect he would highly approve!

It's "Christian" Nationalism with the weirdest takes on the stuff Jesus actually said. Sadly, it's influential in some English churches.

That IS upsetting. It's frightening what AI can do these days. But as others have pointed out, says more about him than about you.

When I was little in Sweden it was traditional to dress up as an Easter witch and go round with little drawings/letters you made in return for sweets (to people you knew) at least nominally reciprocal.

I agree, it certainly wasn't clear cut. I think for the Finns it was a case of the lesser of two evils. Both Finland (and more shamefully) the Nazis had massive support in my native Sweden because of the fear of Russia/Stalin/communism.
