That's just factually wrong. The CIA did not trigger a civil war in Ukraine. Your death toll is roughly accurate for the Donbas conflict, but: Many casualties were Ukrainian civilians and soldiers, not just ethnic Russians. Russia-backed forces were responsible for a significant share of violence.
