I climbed Mt Shuksan 14 years ago during a mountaineering coarse. I still remember the exhilaration and pride of reaching that pyramid summit. Great photo!

Cut the fudge in half long way, then in quarters short way. Put in zip lock bags to keep fresh. I love fudge--chocolate, white with pistachios and cranberries, and butterscotch with Heath brickle bits on top. Had to make time/temp adjustments when I moved from OH to CO. 😁
