I love that my workplace chooses to cap off the holidays by shoving annual performance reviews between Thanksgiving and Christmas. No thank you, I don’t really want to discuss the alignment of our synergistic goals in pursuit of quality and excellence. I want wear fuzzy socks and hibernate.
