Today I was nearly hit - while standing on my legs - on the sidewalk by an e-scooter while waiting for a streetcar.

Then walking on my legs from sidewalk to streetcar, was nearly hit by a second e-scooter blowing by at speed.

Never mentioned a bicycle.

My post is about Toronto. Pllenty of streetcars. City is still trying to figure out legality/traffic rules for e-bikes & e-scooters. And while we frick about, riders run riot all over sidewalks and intersections.

All road traffic is supposed to stop for buses & streetcars but it's rarely enforced.

Doug - whose four daughters are barely employed and mostly undereducated, except for the one who got a job at Magna because donations.

Gas are MUCH noisier and smelly.

My 3-doors-down neighbour has a front lawn 16×14 ft but hell yeah he has a gas-powered leafblower.

Twice in the space of 5 minutes today, I was nearly mown down by two e-scooterers. They should NOT be on sidewalks and they MUST be required to stop when streetcar doors are open.
