I bought fancy buratta to eat with roasted tomatoes and basil but the cheese was so mild tasting it was almost bland. Is burrata supposed to taste like that or am I just used to strong parmesan and goats cheese?

I went from living in a tropical country where strawberries were mostly imported, to now growing it in a community garden in Melbourne and it's been such a joy.

TIL that what I've known as kacang parang in Malaysia, roasted and served as as snack, is called broad beans / fava beans in English. And I've never seen the fresh version!
