Both of my grandmothers loved birds and collected bird figurines. Here’s “Cloudberry.” The tail is hollow and the engineering to get it to stand was a real challenge!

I thought I’d start off by sharing a selection of snails from a piece called “The Reunion.” In total there are 14 different snails in this piece, ranging from 3” to 20.” Stoneware and mixed media.
