There are 33m companies in the USA. Only 21k employe 500 or more. And they only make up 23% of workers.

A foreign-born private citizen with unfathomable wealth & deep financial ties to our nation’s adversaries has seized control of our government and is currently canceling congressionally apportioned spending without a shred of authority.

It's fair to say at this point that he meant he was going to be a dictator on day one, not that he was going to be a dictator for one day.
