Exactly, and while we are advancing some minor legal blocks, they are probing constantly for weakness in order to outline the escalation pathway AND to infuriate us enough to give them a reason to invoke martial law. Unless law enforcement and military personnel resist, I fear the very worst.

Here’s to hoping the topic gains traction with a broader audience. I’m seeing the start of a shift in thinking from legal experts who were certain that the constitution and federal legal guardrails would hold fast. Not sure the SCOTUS has the muscle to enforce even if they do push back.
