Do we think he is picking the most unsuitable people for Department heads to cause mass quitting so its easier to shut it down?

So I never really got the hang of Twitter because I got rid of it so fast as soon as it became that ridiculous letter name. So I don’t know if I’m gonna get the hang of this or not. I’m probably not gonna know how to find my friends,but I’m gonna give it a go here!
