Scotland already produces more energy than we need, that is going to increase as new windfarms come onstream.

This is as clear a statement as you can find that anything other than an snp govt after 2026 will mean the green light for these experimental reactors in Scotland. We already export electricity to England!
November 17, 2025 at 3:27 PM
experimental nuclear reactors in Wales, now unionists in Scotland want them. All to power England. We already have enough green power for ourselves. Not Wanted at this Address

Kevin, it's deliberate. Not an afterthought. it's political and a punishment on Scots for not voting Labour.

it's ridiculous to think that Scotland has no direct ferry links to Europe and scuppering the plans would absolutely be political. The UKgov is not a friend of Scotland.

Normally a President wouldn't indulge in massive programs like this which are changing the White House for a long time. Now you see why he's doing it? He doesn't want to leave, he's planning not to leave.

The members represent every branch every area of the country.

the unionists won seats because people voted for them. Both votes SNP won a majority in 2011. The rules are exactly the same today.

please watch the whole debate on YouTube. I can't say any more to persuade you.
October 12, 2025 at 9:19 PM
we've had that already, we have that now. WM refuses to acknowledge that taking 2011 as the precedent, so we need to emulate that precedent and get everyone to vote 1 and 2 as happened then. Who started arguing for 1 + someone else? Someone with no desire for independence.
October 12, 2025 at 6:05 PM
so there are 73 constituency FPTP seats, + 56 regional seats. So yes, we could get the 65 majority on constituencies alone, but tough ask. The SNP won list msps in 2011 because a higher % of voters voted 1 And 2. It was only after that some started agitating voting for another party on2nd ballot
October 12, 2025 at 6:03 PM
but it happened in 2011 because more people voted snp 1 and 2. If the same % did the same in 2021 the snp would've had the 1 more msp for a majority. We could've had our 2nd referendum by now.
October 12, 2025 at 5:56 PM
Green party does not have independence as a core constitutional priority but is part of a general strategy. Yes they supported YES in 2014, but SNP have as a core principle -It's the reason for their existence.
We've had a pro indy majority for 2 parliaments already but WM refuses to recognise that
October 12, 2025 at 5:54 PM
I know all about D'Hondt.
If the same % people who voted SNP 1 & 2 in 2011 had done the same in 2021, we would have had a majority, of 65. We won 64. That one MSP would've made the difference. We could've had our 2nd referendum by now. The SNP need List MSPs too.
October 12, 2025 at 12:04 PM
the members of the party have had the debate, everything was spoken that needed to be spoken. We all need to get behind the First Minister now and WIN.
