Damn, NEJM is not pulling punches. As someone who has lost multiple colleagues to suicide, this hits hard. Health care organisations must do better to support their staff. It’s time to prioritise wellbeing, break the stigma, and create safer systems for everyone. #MentalHealth #Healthcare #DoBetter
