Happy to add more mental health memoir pieces… there is a flood of good writing out there.

@sfmontgomery.bsky.social ‘s memoir Quite Mad is a newer version of writing on mental health diagnoses, and it is wonderful.

Kay Redfield Jamison’s an Unquiet Mind is a classic. She explores her mental health diagnosis and the stigma attached from the point of view of a psychiatrist.
