I'm sorry, I don't want to argue, it's just terminology and I don't want people to get confused.
Part C refers to Advantage plans. Not supplements, they are not a "Part" in Medicare terminology. Supplements are also called Medigaps. Source: I am a SHIP counselor, I help people with Medicare.

Just to clarify, Part C is what they call Medicare Advantage. Supplements are named as "Plan" A, B, G, N etc. Best insurance you can get if you can afford it.

Putting on my medicare counselor hat I hope he finds somebody to help him sort it out. Sounds like UHC screwed up but he should have coverage. More Gen X voted for Trump than Boomers by the way.
