As far as regular oatmeal goes, I definitely prefer the overnight oats variety — the texture is better. And I add things, like a mashed banana, a swirl of peanut butter, a smattering of mini chocolate chips.

I’ve seen file cabinets used for this (and puzzle libraries), also old kitchen cabinets (attached to a post or legs and the glass or wood replaced with plexiglass). If you have the means to get to Community Forklift, something there might spark your imagination.
