Incredible news, no doubt kidnapped at a young age,(ISIS slaughtered teenage boys if they had armpit hair),it is rare for Ezidi boys or men to survive ISIS captivity.The trauma he will have experienced is difficult to imagine. Hopefully he has surviving family to help him heal.

Iraq is also the home of ancient ethno-religious minorities like the Yezidis who have the right to exist and practice their own religions. They are not included in law making decisions. Imposing islamic restrictions on them is inhumane and unjust.
