Okay this is the coolest bit of progress I’ve seen in myself in a long time. Here’s a run I did March 5th of last year vs. a run I did tonight, roughly the same pace. Last year, 5Ks KILLED ME. This year, my heart’s like “pfft, that’s child’s play.” Love to see it.

Went to the gym this morning to run 2 miles on the treadmill and do some strength training. Looked in the mirror and, for the first time in a while, I liked what I saw. My skin’s getting clearer. I’m not so bloated anymore. Things are gonna be okay.

I must’ve gotten a cold at the end of last week because I now have this hacking cough I can’t shake and it’s been wreaking havoc on my training schedule. But hey, if I can’t effectively run, at least I can make myself do yoga or something.

I was going through some old cosplay photos and it’s wild to me that this is the only one I’ve ever had a professional photoshoot for. I gotta change that this year. Which also means I should probably work on some cosplays worthy of photographing

Due to ongoing villain activity, the Gotham Marathon will now consist of one block and a mad sprint to safety.

Yeesh. That’s faster than my marathon PR last year and I was definitely not on crutches.
