In all hands, it’s dangerous, imo. DSA is procedural in terms of notice & action and appeals for both TOS violations and illegal content. Illegal content is tied to substantive laws in member states (which vary). Those removals @ Google (except for ©️) are local. TOS removals @ Google are global.

Global takedown orders are not good, and that's a principle that cuts across whatever content the order purports to reach. Courts have limited territorial jurisdiction for sound reasons.
