And Norway - who’s foreign affairs minister time and time again have reassured that gov. firmly considers UN Tax Convention to be absolutely key in fighting tax evasion, strengthening state capacity in dev. countrues etc etc - abstains. Again.

And Norway - who’s foreign affairs minister time and time again have reassured that gov. firmly considers UN Tax Convention to be absolutely key in fighting tax evasion, strengthening state capacity in dev. countrues etc etc - abstains. Again.
