In the EU we now have a 'full' framework with the Digital Services Act, AI-Act, DGA and of course our older (EU-)GDPR. Interesting to observe that whilst the legislator has finally caught up (sort of most of the laws still have major flaws) - we see a new generation of computers coming up.

Well the introduction of Q-computers will interestingly provide us with massive computer power, whilst DS has now proven sometimes less computing power can do the same. This whilst in law most governments are still catching up on governing the data they currently have.
