MuseScore does baffling things in compound time. A single quaver/eighth note in 6/8 will be followed by an eighth note rest and a half note rest, just what you wanted.

Not the same. The president is ceremonially in charge of plenty of things, but if they started trying to overturn the courts' decisions it wouldn't last long.

It's just too much. Elsewhere in the EU classes like this would be taught by specialist teachers. Piling more and more work on primary teachers

Strong agreement with that. I was just playing around with asking it to generate lesson plans (I lecture in music education) and it made the typical mistakes a student would. I asked it to address them, and it did but the mature understanding wasn't there. Students using it wouldn't spot the issue
