I don’t know. Maybe because Metrolink never had gates people got on the trains without paying and now that there are gates there, they want to make sure people know buses cost too? I really don’t know.

Find it hard to believe that A) there will be a vote and B) if there is a vote that ACA subsidies will survive. I suspect the American Public continues to lose.
