News reports say that Lakanwal started working for CIA in 2011.He is 29 yrs old and would have been born in 1996 & been 15 yrs old in 2011. If US is going to work with a minor there would be a lifelong responsibility to him. Why has no one explored this if reports of work w/US in 2011 are true?

Reports say he started working for the CIA in 2011. He is 29 yrs old. He would have been born in 1996. Someone born in 1996 would have been 15 yrs old in 2011. Are these reports true. If so, I believe the US would bear a lot of responsibility for working with someone that age.
